Partial Wedding Planning & Day-of Co-ordination

Partial Wedding Planning and Day-Of Coordination is a service designed for the couple who have already started their planning but need help prior-to or on their wedding day.

Whether you need guidance in regards to your colour and decor choices, assistance finding and securing vendors or require a day-of co-ordinator, our Partial Wedding Planning and Day-Of Co-ordination service is adaptable to suit your specific needs.


This service includes 12 hours to be used for consultations, vendor sourcing and/or negotiations and/or co-ordination on your wedding day. You decide what you need help with and Couture Events will take care of the rest.


Whatever your situation may be, Couture Events will design a plan that is right for you.


Package A)  Planning prior to your wedding day:
Should you choose to use your 12 service hours prior to your wedding day, Couture Events can assist with any of the following tasks:


  • Vender sourcing and negotiations
  • Colour and decor consultations
  • Style guidance for the bride, groom and bridal parties
  • Guest list management
  • Seating chart planning assistance
  • Co-ordination of the wedding rehearsal
  • Menu design
  • Customized wedding planner spreadsheet tailored to your event details to assist in creating your itinerary
  • Any other special requests, help and advice


Package B)  Day-of Co-ordination:
Should you choose to use your 12 service hours on the day of your wedding, Couture Events will take care of the following checklist to make sure your special day is stress-free:


One month before the wedding:

  • Complete review of your draft wedding schedule
  • One complimentary meeting 2 weeks before your wedding to discuss details and expectations
  • Co-ordination of the wedding rehearsal
  • Confirmation with all of your wedding vendors


On the day of your wedding:

  • 2 experienced planning, design and co-ordination professionals: Couture Events' founder and certified co-ordinator Chrissy Costa along with design partner and event assistant Kiera Summerfield
  • Complete assistance throughout the day to ensure your unique wedding program runs smoothly and as scheduled
  • Supervision of ceremony set-up and orchestration
  • Co-ordination of reception set-up: table decor, draping, lighting, flowers, menus, favours, seating plan, escort cards, etc.
  • Co-ordination of all reception details and liaising with all staff and vendors including the caterer, dj, mc, photographer and other assistants
  • Photo-shoot styling assistance to make sure your memories are flawless
  • Access to Couture Events' own “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”
